What is gold-filled jewelry and how is it different from gold plated?
Gold-filled jewelry consists of a thick layer of solid gold pressure-bonded to a base metal. It contains 100x more gold than gold-plated jewelry, making it much more durable, tarnish-resistant, and suitable for sensitive skin.
Can I wear S-kin Studio jewelry in the shower?
Yes, our gold-filled pieces are water-resistant and designed for daily wear. However, to maintain the luster of your jewelry for years, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, and chlorine.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within Australia takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping generally takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on most items, provided they are in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Absolutely. We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your jewelry breaks or tarnishes due to a production flaw, we will replace or repair it free of charge.
