At S-kin Studio Jewelry, we want you to love your gold-filled and solid gold pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original S-kin Studio pouch and gift box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your eco-friendly mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
